1) Soy Berry Smoothie:
Here is a very simple,nutritious and refreshing drink made from all
raw ingredients. I found the original version on a milk carton and
adapted it by substituting raw ingredients.You can make your own
variation of the recipe by adding any other fruit of your choice.

Soy Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
Soy milk - 1 cup
Mixed berries
(Strawberries,Raspberries,Blueberries etc) -1 cup
Banana - 1 (ripe)
Honey - 2tbsp or as per taste
Method:
Slice the bananas and beat all the above ingredients in a blender
with crushed ice. Add a sprig of mint if you like.
