1) ANTI-TOXINS DON'T EXIST. THAT'S JUST MEDICAL PROPAGANDA.: Only the living body heals itself. Antitoxins don't exist. They are a lie fabricated and marketed by the pharmaceutical industry. When you water fast, i.e., physiologically rest, and do not ingest "necessary nutrients", from where does the living body get its "necessary nutrients" and successfully heal itself, of all kinds of health problems?


2) Meditation: ...To meditate, place your body in, and keep your body in, a comfortable position. Close your eyes, keep your eyes closed and keep your body inactive. Go into every part of your body and feel and think on whatever disconcerting sensations your body is producing, as intensely as you can. Keep concentrating and keep your mind on whatever symptoms you feel till they completely disappear. You may think that it feels like it is getting worse and that it will last forever. You will learn to realize that those are just irrational thoughts. Just experience it and you will learn to relate differently to your symptoms. Concentrate on your symptoms whether they be physical, mental and/or spiritual. The God within is always talking to you. To meditate, feel, concentrate and think on, whatever the God within is telling you, in the form of feeling sensations. If when you close your eyes, you daydream or sleep, i.e., your mind is wandering, then keep daydreaming or sleeping, until your mind becomes still. ...


3) SICK? WHY IN ORDER TO GET WELL YOU MUST GET SICKER: If you are sick for a long time, to recover your health, you must re-awaken and re-express old pains or symptoms you had on the way from your good health to your disease. This is part of the healing process. This is the course of restoration from disease back to health. All disease is self-limited. If the disease is suppressed by whatever means, one either accommodates to it or dies.

The initial disease, acute, lasts minutes, hours, days or weeks. The suppressed disease becomes chronic, i.e. lasts months, years or a lifetime. The initial fight against the acute disease is a reaction of the body to excrete the bodily toxins. Concomitant with this reaction of the body to the acute disease, the sick person will get various subjective, conscious symptoms. The acute symptoms will be pain, abnormally contracted muscles causing immobility, heat, redness and swelling. The acutely sick persons should lie down, keep their bodies inactive, keep their eyes closed and concentrate, meditate, think on, keep their minds on their pain and discomfort till their pain and distress completely disappear, eat no food, drink only as much water as thirst demands and sleep all they can. 4) HOW TO LOSE ALL THE WEIGHT YOU WANT & KEEP IT OFF ALWAYS: Obesity is excessive accumulation of body fat. The study of fat and of obesity, is known as bariatrics. Fat is a pathological accumulation of unwanted tissue in the body.Obesity is a state of disease.


5) Dr Bernarr : Our Philosophy: Our philosophy rests on the unshakable foundation that the body heals itself. Many others contend that this is so. However, they give the body all kinds of medication, herbs and therapies to try to make the body function in a particular manner. They do this only to find the foundation begins to crumble. Then they must search for more materials to prevent its fall.

They do not understand that the body needs to be left alone and not to interfere with it. The body is much more intelligent than all human beings. It knows what to do and we do not. We simply make guesses when we try to apply different therapies.

The main ingredient in the health recipe is rest, as we teach it. From there, you add those raw foods (preferably) or natural, unprocessed foods cooked as little as possible, that you like and that agree with you, exercise and meditation. You will end up with quite a beautiful and delicious dish!

We must offer a word of caution. There is no quick fix. As soon as you begin to rest our way, you will feel better immediately. Your body will respond right away to the rest, meditation, exercise and the right type of natural foods. This does not mean you will be healed immediately. The body will take the time that it needs. So throw in a dash of patience and a good helping of love!
