Good Night

Now it's time to say good night
Good night Sleep tight
Now the sun turns out his light

Dream sweet dreams for me
Dream sweet dreams for you.

Close your eyes and I'll close mine
Good night Sleep tight
Now the moon begins to shine
Good night Sleep tight
Dream sweet dreams for me
Dream sweet dreams for you.

Close your eyes and I'll close mine
Good night Sleep tight
Now the sun turns out his light
Good night Sleep tight

Good night Good night Everybody

'The Web's Missing Links,' MIT Technology Review : ...the Web hyperlink is a one-way affair: it’s easy to follow links from page D to pages E, F, or G, but the Web’s architecture offers no simple way to see which pages A, B, and C link to D... (via Mark Pilgrim)

Superiority Complex

The Atlantic | November 2002 | Superiority Complex | Brooks : ...We have democratized elitism in this country. Now everybody can be a snob...you can construct your own multimedia community, in which every magazine you read, every cable show you watch, every radio station you listen to, reaffirms your values and reinforces the sense of your own rightness. it is possible, maybe even inevitable, that you will slide into a solipsism that allows you precious little contact with people totally unlike yourself. but in your enclosed sphere you will feel very important... Point of view...

Good News India: Site diary. ...Nearby I came upon 3 young boys -- all under ten-- racing each other on bicycles. Obvious truants! When I passed them one of them decided to race my car! I let the race go on for a while. The boy could barley reach the pedals but he was furiously cycling away. When I saw he was tiring, I said, "You are really fast." He retorted in a flash: "You call this fast? This is nothing! I didn't have the money to pump air into the tyres. If I had, you can't touch me!"
For me that little boy pedalling away cheerfully sums up what the other India is doing -- and his comment, what it will...

Eight Lectures on Yoga

Mahatma Guru-Sri Paramahansa Shivaji-Aleister Crowley : Eight Lectures On Yoga : ...If he decides to do, let us say, a quarter of an hour's Asana twice daily, rising to an hour four times daily, and Pranayama in proportion, he has got to stick to this-no cocktail parties, football matches, or funerals of near relations, must be allowed to interfere with the routine. The drill is the thing, the acquisition of the habit of control, much more important than any mere success in the practices themselves.
